IMPORTANT FOR VERY FIRST LOGIN:

For prepaid users on your very first login using the provided Username and temporary Password, it is very important to first perform
the following three procedures.

NOTE:

Prepaid Unlimited use recharging available only by Reload Cards which can be purchased at all iConnect stores and Mobil stations. Online recharging by credit card is on Pay-Per-Use usage basis.

1. Changing your Self Care Email Address

On Service Details page (1) scroll down to the Self Care Access section (2) and click on the Update link (3)


After the Update Self Care Access page loads, enter your email address and press OK button to save.


2. Changing the Password

After successfully logging into Self Care, click on the Change Password link on the top right of the page.

 

You will need to do the following steps:

  • Re-enter your Current Password
  • Enter your new Password
  • Confirm new Password
  • Insert Password Hint

3. Change Security Questions
After successfully logging into Self Care, click on the Change Security Questions link on the top right of the page.

  • Select the desired Secret Question
  • Enter the Secret Answer
  • Make sure not to forget your answer. You will need it when recalling your Self Care password using the 'I forgot my password' link.
